Subject	Nissan True/False please help

Message	Message I brought my car to Nissan yesterday because my engine would not start but would turn. They called me today and said they did a compression test and the results were about 70 and a couple cylinders no readings, they said I should replace the engine is that true? or is it something that can be fixed and how much. Before Nissan I brought it to another Mechanic and they said it was flooded so they let it dry over night and it worked fine the next five days. TIA
